Terms of sale
Effective October 13, 2026
These terms apply when you use jobsiteflooring.com or buy materials from Jobsite Flooring, which is operated by Three Sisters Improvements (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or submitting an order request, you agree to them.
Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Contractor and builder accounts are for business purchasing. We may decline, suspend or close accounts, including builder applications, at our discretion.
Order requests and quotes
Submitting an order request does not create a purchase or charge you. We confirm availability, then send a quote that includes material, shipping and tax. An order is formed only when you accept our quote and we confirm the order in writing (email counts). Quotes are valid for 7 days unless the quote says otherwise.
Prices and product information
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change until your order is confirmed. Full-pallet rates apply only to complete pallets of a single product. We work to show accurate specifications, but errors happen; if a price or specification is wrong, we’ll tell you before confirming and you may cancel without charge.
Color, shade and natural variation
Tile and flooring vary in color, shade, texture and size between production runs (“lots”) and from photos, screens and samples. Samples show typical appearance only. Order enough material from one lot for your project, including extra for cuts and waste (we suggest at least 10%). Variation within manufacturer standards is not a defect.
Payment
Homeowner and contractor orders are paid in full, by the method shown on your invoice, before we order material. Approved builder accounts receive Net 30 terms: payment is due 30 days after we confirm the order. Past-due balances may lead to held orders or suspended terms, and we may charge reasonable collection costs where the law allows. Sales tax is charged as required by law; tax-exempt buyers must give us a valid exemption certificate before the order is confirmed.
Delivery
We deliver to Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees, and we aren’t responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, carriers, weather or other events outside our control. Someone must be available to receive the delivery, and the site must be safely accessible to a delivery truck. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when material is delivered.
Inspection and damage
Inspect your delivery when it arrives and before installation. Report damaged, missing or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. If the problem is confirmed, we’ll replace the affected material or credit you for it. Installing material counts as accepting its condition, color and shade.
Cancellations and returns
You may cancel within 24 hours of confirming your order. After that, and for special orders, cancellation is at our discretion and may involve restocking or supplier charges. All sales are final and we don’t accept returns, except as described under Inspection and damage.
Samples
Samples are $5 each with free shipping within our delivery area and are not returnable.
Warranties
Products carry only the manufacturer’s warranty, where one is offered, and we’ll pass along any manufacturer warranty information we have. Except for that and where the law doesn’t allow it, we sell materials “as is” and disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Installation
We sell materials only. Choosing suitable products and installing them correctly, following the manufacturer’s instructions, building codes and good trade practice, is your responsibility. We are not responsible for installation, labor, subfloor or moisture issues, or misuse.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product or order is limited to the price you paid for the material involved, and we aren’t liable for labor, removal or reinstallation costs, lost profits, delays or other indirect or consequential damages.
Website use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, or submit false orders. Product photos, spec sheets and site content are provided for evaluating our products and may not be reused commercially without permission.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by Virginia law, and disputes will be handled in the courts serving Fauquier County, Virginia. We may update these terms; changes apply to orders confirmed after the new effective date. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
