   Open your account

   Contractors get contractor pricing as soon as they sign up, or by following the link in their invitation email. Builders apply and get builder pricing once we approve the account. Homeowners are welcome too.

2. 2

   Find your materials

   Shop tile, luxury vinyl, hardwood, carpet tile, cabinets and installation supplies. Every product page has its specs and a printable spec sheet, plus the matching trim, grout and adhesive under “Complete the installation.” Try floors and cabinet doors in a room with the room visualizer.

3. 3

   Build your cart

   Floors, mosaics and tile trim are sold in whole boxes: enter your square footage and we round up to full boxes, with an option to add 10% for cuts and waste. Vinyl and wood moldings, cabinets and supplies are sold individually. Buying by the pallet? Use “Special pallet pricing available” on the product page for a pallet quote.

4. 4

   Request your order

   Add your PO number, delivery address and a site contact, then send the request. Nothing is charged at this step.

5. 5

   Approve your quote

   We confirm availability and email a full quote with delivery, the 3% handling fee and tax. Approve it in your account or reply to the email. Quotes are good for 7 days.

6. 6

   Pay your invoice

   Your invoice arrives by email with a PDF copy. Pay online by card through Stripe, or by check. Approved builders pay on Net 30 terms.

7. 7

   Take delivery

   We deliver across Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Maryland; there is no pickup. Orders ship in about a week once confirmed, and cabinets deliver for a flat $300 per order. Your invoice shows the estimated delivery date. Inspect everything when it arrives and report any damage within 48 hours, with photos.
