Privacy policy

Jobsite Flooring is operated by Three Sisters Improvements (“we,” “us”) in Warrenton, Virginia. This policy explains what we collect when you use jobsiteflooring.com, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account details you give us: name, company, email address, phone number, delivery address and account type. Your password is stored only as a scrambled, one-way hash; we can’t see it.
Order requests: the products and quantities you request, PO numbers, delivery details, notes you add, and our records of quotes, payments and delivery.
Technical information: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in, your cart saved in your own browser, and your IP address, which we use briefly in scrambled form to stop abuse such as repeated sign-in attempts. Cloudflare’s Turnstile security check runs on our sign-up and password-reset forms to block automated bots.
We do not take card or bank details on this website. We don’t use advertising trackers or sell analytics data.
How we use it
- To create and secure your account.
- To answer order requests, prepare quotes, invoice, schedule delivery and contact you about your order.
- To review builder applications and manage payment terms.
- To keep the site secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the business:
- Service providers that host the website, store data and send our emails (currently Cloudflare), under their own privacy and security commitments.
- Suppliers, manufacturers and delivery carriers, limited to what’s needed to fill and deliver your order, such as a delivery address and site contact phone.
- Our accountants, payment processors and advisers, and authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
Emails we send
We send account emails (such as password resets) and order emails (request confirmations, quotes and status updates). These are part of using the service. We don’t send marketing emails without your permission, and any marketing email will include a way to opt out.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is open. We keep order and invoice records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, generally seven years. Security records such as sign-in limits expire automatically within hours.
Your choices
You can update your details on your account page at any time. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or close your account and delete information we aren’t required to keep, call 703-929-8455 or email orders@jobsiteflooring.com. We’ll confirm your identity before acting on a request and will not treat you differently for making one.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, rate limits on sign-in and secure, HTTP-only cookies. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults buying building materials. It isn’t directed to children under 16 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
