Delivery area
We deliver to Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. After you request an order, we’ll reach out with a quote that includes shipping costs.
Lead time
Estimated lead time is 1–2 weeks.
Samples
Samples are $5 each with free shipping to Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland.
Ordering quantities
Material is sold in whole boxes with a minimum order of one box. Full-pallet rates apply only to full-pallet orders.
How ordering works
Submit an order request online with your PO number and delivery address. We review it and reach out with a full quote, including shipping costs and tax. Once you approve the quote, we send your invoice. Nothing is charged online.
Payment
Regular customers and contractors pay the invoice in full before material is ordered. Approved builders receive Net 30 terms, with payment due 30 days after we confirm the order.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of confirming your order.
Returns
All sales are final. Damaged, missing or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery are replaced or credited.
Installation & misuse
Jobsite Flooring is not liable for misuse or installation issues.
Delivery damage
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
