ARDEX Feather Finish XF is a self-drying, cement-based skim coat and patch for creating a smooth base under resilient flooring such as sheet vinyl and VCT. It is applied from a skim coat up to 1/4 in., mixes with water only, and accepts flooring in roughly 15 to 20 minutes.
