The 27 lb bag of ARDEX 9 powder for the commercial-size ARDEX 8+9 rapid waterproofing and crack-isolation membrane. Mixed with the 3 gal ARDEX 8 liquid, it covers up to about 300 sq. ft. and can be tiled over in about 90 minutes.

What it’s used for

  • Showers, bathrooms and kitchens before tile and stone
  • In place of a shower pan liner
  • Interior or exterior floors and walls
  • Crack isolation up to 1/8 in. with SK MESH
  • Over concrete, masonry, backer board, drywall, existing tile and plywood (interior floors)
