Latex liquid that replaces water when mixing White Skimcoat and other trowel-applied patches, adding bond, flexibility, water resistance and mildew protection. It also works as a primer on porous, dusty or hard-to-bond surfaces and as a bonding additive for concrete, thinset and grout.
