ARDEX SKM is a cement-based skim coat and patch for smoothing interior floors before flooring is installed. It goes from a feather edge up to 1/2 in. over concrete, wood, tile and cutback residue, is walkable in 30 minutes, and most floor coverings can follow in about 30 minutes at skim-coat thickness.
