ARDEX MRF is a rapid-drying, trowel-grade skim coat and patch that tolerates high moisture, so it can go down before ARDEX moisture control systems or under moisture-resistant adhesives and flooring. It is applied from a feather edge to 1/2 in., can be installed as cold as 40°F, and accepts flooring in as little as 30 minutes.
