ARDEX K 520 is a Portland cement-based, self-leveling topping that can be left as the finished wear surface on interior concrete floors once sealed or polished. It levels up to 1 in. neat, is walkable in 2 to 3 hours, and can be sealed or polished in as little as 24 hours.
