Latex-based multipurpose flooring adhesive that can be used wet for a permanent bond or rolled or troweled and left to dry for a pressure-sensitive install. It is rated for luxury vinyl, sheet goods, VCT, cork and carpet, and over concrete slabs up to 99% RH. It is solvent-free, low-VOC and freeze-thaw stable.
